1. Overview

At CutMagic, operated by WA Global LLC, we want you to be satisfied with our AI-powered background removal service. We provide a Free plan so you can test the quality of our service before upgrading to a Pro subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our paid services.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you meet the following criteria:

  • You have processed fewer than 50 images during the 14-day period.
  • You have not previously received a refund for a CutMagic subscription.
  • Your account has not been suspended for violating our Terms of Service.

3. Refund Eligibility After 14 Days

After the initial 14-day period, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If a persistent technical problem on our end prevents you from using the Service for more than 48 consecutive hours.
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error in our billing system.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
  • You no longer need the Service but did not cancel in time.
  • You are dissatisfied with the quality of the background removal for specific, complex images (we encourage using the Free plan to test quality first).
  • Your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • You have already used a significant portion of your plan's monthly or annual quota.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@cutmagic.io with the following information:

  • Your full name and the email address associated with your CutMagic account.
  • The date of the transaction.
  • The reason for your refund request.
  • Any relevant screenshots or details if the request is due to a technical issue.

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

6. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing, but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified policy.
